A Gentle Reminder
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, intense emotional distress, or feel unsafe, reaching out for immediate support is a sign of strength—not failure. These resources exist to support you during difficult moments and can work alongside ongoing therapy. If you are a current client, please also reach out during business hours so we can discuss additional support and safety planning together.
If you’re unsure whether a situation is “serious enough” to reach out, trust that feeling — these services are here to help.
