Welcome. You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Life in Latter-Day Saint families often comes with unique blessings—and unique challenges. Whether you’re a parent watching your teen struggle, a young adult navigating independence and faith, or someone facing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or big life transitions, you may feel like you “should” have it all together but don’t. That’s where I come in.

I am an LDS-competent therapist in California providing online therapy for individuals, parents, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, transitions, and family dynamics within the Latter-day Saint context.
Why Work With Me
With over a decade of experience supporting families, teens, and adults—many within the LDS community and those who have chosen to step away—I understand the complexities of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. My clients come to me because they want more than surface-level solutions. They want deep, lasting change with a therapist who understands their LDS culture.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that is:
  • Safe and compassionate—a place to speak openly without judgment.
  • Focused on results—helping you develop practical tools and lasting resilience.
  • Tailored to you—because your family, faith, and story matter.
Investing in Your Future
Therapy is an investment in more than just symptom relief. It’s an investment in peace of mind, stronger family relationships, emotional resilience, and a healthier future for you and your loved ones. My work goes beyond “talking”—I help you create meaningful change that lasts.

Why Teletherapy Can Be the Better Fit

Life is already full, and for many people, adding another commute or appointment across town only increases stress. Teletherapy removes that friction. You can meet with me from your own home—often a space where you already feel more settled, private, and able to reflect.

Many of my clients appreciate that online therapy fits more naturally into real life: parenting schedules, college coursework, work demands, and family or community responsibilities. Parents often find it easier to support consistent therapy when sessions don’t require rearranging the entire household, and college-aged clients value the continuity and privacy teletherapy allows.
When care is accessible and sustainable, meaningful work can happen more steadily—and often more deeply. Therapy should support your life, not interrupt it.

You caught me — I’m a lifelong reader. I also love being outdoors and I make a genuinely good taco. While I can’t share the tacos with you online, I do bring a steady stream of thoughtful, up-to-date insight from the research, clinical work, and reading that shapes how I practice.
I believe good therapy is both practical and reflective — grounded in real life, informed by solid thinking, and focused on helping people make changes that actually hold. I appreciate clarity, usefulness, and work that leads somewhere meaningful.

If you’d like, you’re welcome to reach out for a free 10-minute consultation. It’s a brief, low-pressure way to talk through what’s bringing you in and see whether working together would be a good fit.

I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy License in California LMFT86018 and Guam LMFT-24
